Melanie went above and beyond very last minute for me and my dogs had a blast. This was also their first time being boarded at a non family members house in their lives and Melanie made sure they felt right at home. I was updated the whole time I was away and I could see in the boys faces how relaxed and at home they were already in such a short time. Will definitely be rebooking for future and hopefully less last minute stays.
