These Terms & Conditions apply to The Elite Doggie House, est. April 2nd, 2025 and you (“the Client”) agree to the terms below. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Manitoba courts.

All doggies must be in good health, current on required vaccinations such as rabies, and free from contagious conditions or parasites. All doggies must have a City of Winnipeg dog license.

Clients must disclose their doggie’s medical history, behavioural concerns, and any known aggression.

Doggies showing signs of illness or unsafe behaviour may be declined service.

Payment is due at the time of booking paid by e-transfer or cash.

Cancellations would be appreciated made no less than 24 hours.

Liability Waiver, the Client agrees to: Release The Elite Doggie House, est. April 2nd, 2025 of any liability for injury, loss, death or damage to their dog, property, or person, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct. And will be responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog to property, people, or other animals while on or off the premises.

If your Doggie becomes ill or injured while in my care, I will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner or emergency contact.

If immediate medical attention is required, the Doggie will be taken to the nearest veterinarian. The owner agrees to assume full financial responsibility for any resulting costs. The Elite Doggie House, est. April 2nd, 2025 is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, allergic reactions, or unforeseen health complications.

Photos and videos of your Doggie will be taken during their stay for your enjoyment and promotional purposes. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the use of your Doggie’s on social media, websites, or marketing materials unless you provide written notice opting out.

The reason I do not have fillable forms on my website is due to my Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA and FIPPA). I will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
